The tourist tax is not included in booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) and must be paid directly to the property.
Payment can be made by one of the following methods:
For bank transfers, our staff will provide the bank details at check-in.
To ensure the cleaning cycle and prepare the apartment for the next guest, checkout must take place by 10:00 AM, unless a different time was agreed upon at the time of booking.
We participate in an emissions-reduction programme. At checkout, we kindly ask you to leave used linen on the floor or on the bed, without refolding it.
This allows our staff to manage laundry more efficiently, reducing the overall environmental impact. Thank you for your contribution.
Before leaving the apartment, please remember to:
- Close doors and windows
- Turn off lights and electrical appliances
- Return the keys to staff or as agreed
- Leave used linen on the floor or bed
- Pay the tourist tax if not yet done
